Who we are
This website, b2bbrandmanagement.com, is operated by B2B Brand Management* (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question, contact us through the contact page.
Information we collect
When you buy an e-book or a course
Your name, email address, country, your VAT number if you give one, the items you bought, the amounts paid and the payment reference. We record when you verify your email address and each download of your e-books (time and an anonymised network identifier) to protect your purchase.
When you contact us
Your name, email address, phone number and organisation (both optional), the enquiry type and your message.
When you subscribe to the newsletter
Your email address and the date you subscribed.
When you browse the website
Our servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting for a limited period*.
How we use your information
- To process your order, verify your email address and give you access to your downloads, courses and invoice.
- To calculate VAT for your country and keep the tax records the law requires.
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To send the newsletter you asked for.
- To protect the website and our customers, for example by limiting downloads and blocking abuse.
Legal bases
We process order information to perform our contract with you and to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting). We reply to enquiries and protect the website on the basis of our legitimate interests. We send the newsletter with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details or PayPal login. PayPal’s own privacy statement applies to the information you give PayPal.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website – PayPal (payments), our email delivery provider* and our hosting provider* – and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.
International transfers
Our service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers*.
Cookies
We use functional cookies only: one that remembers the items in your cart, and – after you verify your email – one that keeps your purchases open on your device. The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep information
- Orders and invoices: for as long as tax and accounting law requires*.
- Download records: for the access period of your purchase.
- Enquiries: for up to 24 months after our last contact*.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
How we protect your information
E-book files are stored outside the public website and delivered only to verified buyers. Access links are single-use and expire, stored credentials are encrypted, and the website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent. Contact us through the contact page to use these rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The website is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children under 16.
