All sales are final
E-books and online courses are digital products that are made available immediately after purchase. When you place an order you request immediate access and confirm that you understand all sales are final. We therefore do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been paid.
Digital delivery
After payment we email you a single-use verification link. Once you verify your email address, your private order page gives you your e-book downloads, course access and invoice. Each e-book can be downloaded the number of times shown on your order page during the access period.
If something goes wrong
If a file is damaged, cannot be opened, or you cannot access your purchase, contact us with your order number and we will provide a working copy or restore your access. This does not affect any rights you may have under the consumer law that applies to you.
Payments and VAT
Payments are processed by PayPal. Prices include VAT where it applies; the VAT amount is shown at checkout and on your invoice.
Physical books
The Book Store sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping.
