How do I receive an e-book after buying it?
After payment we email you a single-use verification link. Once you verify your email address, your private order page gives you the download and your invoice.
I lost my download link. What can I do?
Request a new access link with your order number and email address on the Access Your Purchases page. The link is sent to the email used for the order.
Do prices include VAT? Will I get an invoice?
Prices include VAT where it applies. The VAT for your country is shown at checkout, and a printable invoice is available on your order page.
Can I get a refund?
E-books and courses are delivered immediately, so all sales are final. If a file is damaged or you cannot access your purchase, contact us with your order number and we will fix it.
Can a workshop be delivered for our organisation?
Workshops are arranged on request. Choose “Workshops” in the form and tell us about your team, the preferred format and possible dates.
