A Case in Brand Dimensions and Brand Distinction

Established in 2013, Correct Marketing & Advertising builds brand presence through research, communication and media strategy, and outdoor advertising – including billboard networks it developed in Jordan’s governorates outside Amman.

Keywords: Brand Distinction, B2B Outdoor Advertising, Visual Identity Consistency, Brand Value Creation, Return on Brand Investment, Brand Architecture, Creative Brand Communication

The challenge

Clients with good products failed to express their value: messages changed with every campaign, visual identities lacked personality, outdoor campaigns undersold brand quality and recall was low. A deeper cultural barrier – “why advertise if I’m not guaranteed sales?” – kept advertising reactive, and provincial markets lacked advertising infrastructure.

The strategy

Correct starts every engagement with market research, competitor analysis and audience understanding, then builds a long-term communication and media strategy in which each appearance of the brand accumulates brand equity – treating branding as an investment rather than a cost.

The solution

It unified visual and narrative identity across billboards, social media, storefronts, uniforms, vehicles and packaging; strengthened brand personalities with bold, recognisable designs; measured return on brand investment; brought multi-branch brands under one visual umbrella; and signed agreements with municipalities to activate outdoor advertising in Irbid and Zarqa.

The outcome

The case reports higher demand and inquiries, wider customer bases, increased investment in the governorates and new branch openings outside Amman – visibility turned into trust among decision-makers, summed up as “the brand that owns the scene… owns the decision.”

Learning objectives

  • Explain how visual consistency across touchpoints builds trust in B2B decision-making.
  • Analyze distinction as the operative variable where products and services converge.
  • Evaluate outdoor presence as a measurable contributor to return on brand investment.
  • Apply brand architecture principles to unify multi-branch and multi-product identities.
  • Assess the agency’s role in changing a market’s advertising culture, not only its clients’ campaigns.
